Over 50 EMC design reviews of circuit boards (schematics, Bill-of-Material) and board physical layout, on circuit board designs: (High Speed Telecommunication circuit packs with over 12 layers, multiple power supplies and multiple clock circuits ranging in frequency from a few MHz to a few GHz).
EMC Design review of several computer and printer circuit boards.
EMC design review of several modems (4 layer boards) and medical devices (4 to 6 layer boards).
Over 50 design reviews of industrial control circuit boards (sensors, relays, variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers).
EMC reviews of power supplies associated with above products.
Multiple EMC mechanical design reviews to analyze enclosure design, shielding, gasketing, aperture design and cable routing associated with the above products.
EMC review and design of low cost automotive microcontroller-based circuit boards.
Several Radio and EMC design reviews of RF circuits including IEEE802.11x and wireless ISM designs.

ESD design and test:

Establishment of ESD measurement techniques for a semiconductor corporate client, in their reliability and corporate laboratories.
Design and specification of ESD protection circuits for RF inputs and outputs.
ESD waveform verification fixture design.

EMC Test:

Performed and supervised hundreds of EMC tests in at least 20 different EMC laboratories
Have written hundreds of EMC test reports.

EMC Problem Evaluation and Solution:

Diagnosed and solved more than 100 RF radiated and immunity problems in the laboratory, including ESD, EFTB, emissions and immunity problems.

EMC Laboratory Quality and Management (Per IEC 17025):

Managed the specification, design and installation of the Square D Company EMC laboratory in Knightdale, North Carolina.
Managed the technical operations of the Nortel Networks EMC laboratory in the Research Triangle Park, NC.
Managed the technical operations of the Solectron EMC laboratory in Durham, NC.
Designed and installed small EMC lab for RF Microdevices in Greensboro, NC.

Circuit Design:

Have designed numerous analog, digital, power and RF circuits.

EMC, ESD and Radio Compliance training:

5-day basic EMC training for automotive client
1-day ESD testing training for semiconductor client
1-day Radio compliance training for industrial computers client
